When a VPN brand approached us to help them create a marketing strategy for their brand, we were excited about the challenge. They wanted to increase awareness, scale sales, and retain more customers. We started by creating engaging content that would resonate with customers and make them want to buy their service. The next step was to expand the service to more countries and languages, which was no small feat. We successfully built nine services from one to scale sales across multiple channels. We then created social media campaigns for them to align with our strategy. Finally, the strategy was optimized based on the results from the previous steps. After just three months of implementing the new strategy, we had reached over 23,000 subscribers! This is an incredible accomplishment considering how competitive the VPN industry is today.

A strategy that reflects business goals
Creating a comprehensive brand development plan was key to effective action. Thanks to the earlier preparation of the strategy, the execution of activities was smooth, and any unforeseen situations could be addressed on an ongoing basis. Such a holistic approach was a strong foundation for further actions scaling the brand.

Implementation of new services
The implementation of the planned strategy was quite a challenge. We managed to cope with it and localized and implemented as many as 8 additional services. With a total of 9 services under our care, we tested and optimized the user experience. At this stage, we also began to actively acquire new subscribers by creating effective advertising campaigns.

The final stage involved creating and optimizing customer service processes. This was to ensure efficient and quick response to inquiries. Additionally, we took care of the network infrastructure administration, creating scripts that accelerated and facilitated current service.
