Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Clickup, Trello, Asana, Jira)
Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamically changing environment
Creativity and ability to solve problems
Knowledge of trends and best practices in digital marketing
Higher education
Your experience
Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing agency or a related industry
Experience in e-commerce and B2B projects
Project management certificates preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
Your responsibilities
Planning, organizing and supervising the implementation of marketing projects from start to finish
Creating project schedules, setting milestones and managing resources
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
Collaboration with the creative team, SEO department, social media specialists and other departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness of activities
Regular reporting of project status to clients and stakeholders
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions at the highest level
Project budget management and cost control
Implementing best project management practices and continuous process improvement
